RAIN IN TARANAKI *Vt»r Pruss Assoc,intion.) NEW PLYMOUTH, lids day. The drought ended when 21 points oi rain fell last night, and is continual fairly heavily. The rain is very welcome to fanners, and if it continues it should relieve the power shortage.
