CHRISTCHURCH TRAMWAYS . (Per Pross Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, last night. The 'balance-sheet for the Ohrist•hurch tramways for the year ended March 31, shows a net deficit of £320. The tramways showed, a surplus of £3248, but it he/buses j showed a deficit of. £35(58. The previous;year the tramways surplus was £12,843, and the bus deficiency was £5084, the net surplus being £7759. Reduced concession fares were operating during seven and a half months in the past financial year.
