THE YOUNG PLAN
RATIFIED BY FRANCE PARIS, April 6. The Senate ratified the Young plan by 234 votes. M. Tardieu, in (he Senate debate, revealed that France, early in the week, would sent a Note to Germany demanding the destruction of certain fortifications before the evacuation of the Rhineland and St. Nazaire.
