Tim Chamber of Shipping' of the United Kingdom unanimously adopted a resolution calling for more systematic study of methods for developing trade resources of the British Empire. The resolution, moved •by Sir Alan Anderson, a director of the Bank of England, also urged Governments throughout the Empire to create the necessary machinery for this research work. _ .
