NEW YORK, Jan. 29.
Deaths from alcoholism among the 20,000,C00 policy-holders of one of the largest American life insurance companies are almost six times those of 1920, the first year of prohibition.
The reason given for the increase is (.hat good quality spirits were obtainable in 1920. while now nearly all that is available is "bootleg" liquor, which is poison.
