BOILER EXPLOSION KILLS 10
HAVANA (Cuba), Feb. 24. ■ Ten workmen in the Palatini) pumping plant of Havana were killed 'early on Sunday by the explosion of a ginnt boiler. Four others were seriously in* jured. 'line explosion, occurring in one of three gaint boilers, completely wrecked the pumping building where GO men were working. The district was heavily shaken and windows of houses within a radius of 10 blocks were shattered. The water supply for a section of the city had to be cut off. The damage was estimated at between £15,000 and £20,000.
