RUSSIA WILL GROW IT LONDON, March 26. "In view of the great projected expansion of the woollen industry, with an output of woollen cloths in 1932-7> 7 > amounting to 2L'O per cent, more than in 1927-28, no great diminution in the relative importance of imported wool may be expected," says an official statement of the Soviet Piv«.Year I'lan, published by Allen, Unwin. "The development of fine wool sheepraising planned for the live years will be insufficient to cover the shortage, and the real effects of this development wi'l he felt only after the exniration of the live-year period. At present Russia imports over 90 ]>er cent, of the fine wool used."
