STEAMER DAMAGED
STRUCK SUBMERGED OBJECT (Received Feb. 10. noon.) MELBOURNE, Feb. 10. TIIO French steamer Commissaire Ramel, bound from Sydney to Dunkirk, laden with wool, struck' a submerged object off Wilson's Promontory, and put in here to dock for repairs.
