FIVE YEARS’ IMPRISONMENT (Received Fob. 8. 3 p.nn) OTTAWA. T’cbf 7. Colonel Orlando Heron, a broker, was convicted to-duv on 13 charges of fraud, involving 60,000 dollars (about £12,000), and was sentenced to live years’ imprisonment.
