AUSTRALIA’S SCHEME LONDON COMMENT (Received Feb. 8, 3 p.m..) LONDON, Feb. 7. Commentators on Australia’s marketing proposals express the opinion that the British Government will itself buy Australian products on a bulk market. They are very doubtful whether Mr. Philip Snowden will find the millions necessary for such 'purchases, though possibly the Government, might back a public, utility company formed for cooperation with the dominions to handle the market.
