("Received February 4, 3 p.m.) LONDON, Feb.. 3. In the House of Commons, Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, in reply to a question, wnd the Postmaster-General had not refused to use the beam, wireless ' for overseas telephony. On the contrary, the Cabinet committee was considering the subject. Lieut,-Colonel Howard-Bury: Is it not a fact that the Imperial beam has been neglected and aii allowance made to an American company prejudicing Empire communications seriously '! Mr. MacDonald : I understand that is inaccurate, but the question should bo addressed to the Postmaster-General.
