Tho Rev. W. R. Milne, who will succeed (he Rev. W. Shirer as pastor of St. James' Presbyterian Church. Wellington Mouth, is a man in the prime of life. lie commenced his career as a home missionary After entering Knox college, he was so popular aniongsl the divinity students that he was elected president of the College Theological Society, Mr. Milne, who was at Kurow for five years before taking over at tho pastorate at Wairoa, will bo inducted into his new charge on Thursday
