CHICAGO MURDER GANGLAND ASSASSINATION . (Received Feb. 1, 10 a.m.) CHICAGO, Jan. 31. The war between the taxi-cab companies of’Chicago was turned to the gangland assassination style when Barney Mitchell, treasurer of the Checker Cab Co., and Glen Jackson, driver, were found dead from a fusillade poured from a, limousine which passed them at high speed. _
