Paul Olsen Sabo, a taxi-driver of nine or 10 years standing, lost Ins license to-day" for 12 months, and was fined £2O for being drunk while m charge of a taxi-cab. He was also lined £1 for using obscene language when a constable asked him to get out of the car.
