i MINISTERIAL CHANGES (Received Dec. 31, 2 p.m.) OTTAWA, Dec. .30. The Hon. T. A. Crcrar, president of the United Grain Growers' Association, and former Minister of Agriculture in the Union Government, and a former Progressive leader, was sworn in as Minister of Railways of Canada to-day. Mr. Forkc, Minister for Immigration and Colonisation, was appointed to the Senate. Mr. (Stewart, Minister for the Interior, Avill he also acting-Minister of Immigration and acting-Minister of Agriculture during the present illness from pneumonia of Mr. Motherwell. Mr. Crerur will con test Brandon, Mr. Forko's constituency.
