POSITION OF NEUTRALS PRESS VIEWS DISCREDITED (Received Dec. 31. 11 a.m.) WASHINGTON, Dec. 30. General fitimson repudiated newspaper report's that Britain had formally interpreted the Kellogg Pact as meaning that there would be no neutrals in future wars. He challenged the press interpretations of the British White Paper, explaining that he had received a copy himself, the study of which convinced him that the reports were not substantiated. He said British assertion relative to neutrality was limited to members of the League, and not based on the Kellogg Pact.
