PART XV RULE 13:—"By the entering of a horse every person having or subsequently acquiring an interest in suoh horse shall be deemed thereby to undertake, neither directly or indirectly, _ to make any wager with a bookmaker in connection with such horse or any other horse in the race in which such horse is so entered. Each entry shall contain, or if it do not contain, shall be conclusively assumed to contain such an undertaking, broach whereof shall be deemed a corrupt practice of the turf within the meaning of Part XXXII of these Rules. 863 H.
