MANUKAU TOUKNAMENT (Pap PreßS Association.) AUCKLAND, last night. At the Manukau amateur cycling .clubs sports at Western Springs Stadium to-night, A. Mackie, formerly of Christ.church, broko the five miles motor-paced .record established by H. Opperman, the Australian champion, at Ohristchurch last week. Mackie's time was 7min 32 2-ssec, against Opperman's Bmin 2TTsec. Mackie was paced by his brother, W. Mackie, a. former holder of the New Zealand cycling championship.
