NEW LAND FOUND
ANTARCTIC RESEARCH NORWEGIANS’ DISCOVERY ! (Received Dee. 28, noon.) OSLO, Dec. 27. Captain Larsen, who is leading a Norwegian Antarctic expedition in the Norvegia, has sent a wireless message that he and Captain Lutzow Holm discovered new land between Coats Land and Enderby Land, and have taken possession of it in the name of the kingdom of Norway, in accordance with international law. Capf. Larsen and Capt. Holm flew from the Norvegia in a seaplane and alightcjl close to the shore. They then landed and proceeded on skis and hoisted the Norwegian colors.
