CHICHERIN TO RESIGN
CONTINUED ILL HEALTH (Received December 27, 2 p.m.) BERLIN, Dec. 26. M. Georges Chicherin will return to Moscow early in. January and urge the acceptance of his resignation as Soviet Foreign Commissioner". M. Chicherin, who hag been under treatment at Wiesbaden for over a year, has been ,unablo to take any active part in foreign affairs, and asked to be relieved somo timo ago. It is believed here that tho Soviet will accept his resignation as the result of his forthcoming journey, which will bo permitted by his physicians only after a thorough examination 'of their patient.
