WILL IT CONTINUE? QUESTIONS IN COMMONS LONDON, Dec. 24. In the House of Commons, Mr. A. •Henderson, replying to Sir John Davidson, said he did not consider any further action necessary in relation to the Soviet's agreement with the British interpretation regarding propaganda contained in tho 1924 treaty. Sir John Davidson: Are you satisfied that the point is being met? Mr. Henderson: Only experience will show. Replying to Sir Frederick Hall, Mr. Henderson said the Soviet's responsibilities for actions of the Communist Internationale would not be included in the discussions with M. Sokolnikoff, but matters of loans and compensation for British properties would be discussed.
