SCIENTISTS IN FUTURE LONDON, Dec. 4. That the day will come when scientists shall he chosen as Governors of British Colonies instead of distinguished soldiers, sailors and politicians, was forecast toy Sir Richard Gregory, presiding at a dinner of the Royal Empire Society in conjunction with the British Association for the Advancement of Science.
