IMPORTER’S ESTATE MELBOURNE, Nov. 22. i Mr. Justice McArthur, in {lie Banco' Court to-day sanetioupd a deed of family arrangement, between various persons, -who, claimed to be entitled to participate in the residuary estate of the late Alfred Edraents, of Bourice Street, Melbourne, importer. Alfred Edments died in July, 1909, having made his will in May of that year. IJra estate was valued for probate at £110,015. It is now valued at between £BOO,OOO and £1,000,000.
