SUN BATHS AND AIR- BATHS
Tho present craze for sun and air baths seem? to bo world-wide, and most people seem to benefit from the practice. All the same, there are dangers to be avoided in the game. We may decide to take a sifn or air bath a little too early in the season, or. when there is a nip in the air which is not very apparent to us.
