MARKETING PROJECT CONFERENCES CONTINUE (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Oct. 12. The, eoalowners met yesterday and considered the final draft for the coordination of district marketing schemes, under which output and prices will .be limited. Almost the whole of the country will be covered by schemes of a central co-ordinating committee.
The newspapers state that the scheme will be submitted to the Government next week, when a further meeting between the eoalowners and the Government will be held.
Conversations with the miners' representatives also are still proceeding, and yesterday the whole situation in the (mining industry was further reviewed at an interview between members of the Government, headed by the Lord Privy Seal, Mr. J. H. Thomas, and representatives of the Miners' Federation. The conversations have not yet been completed.
