to-night’3 features IYA: At 7 p.m, Mr. Frank will talk about Rugby. The concert session will open with a concert given by Messrsi. Lewis Eady, Ltd. The studio entertainment marks the appearance of Miss Aimeo Clapham (contralto), who, _ besides singing solos, will be, associated with the Madame Mary Towsey quartet. Vocal solos and duets will be sung by Madame Mary Towsey, Mr. John Bree and Mr. John McDougall. The programme will also include pianoforte solos and duets by Miss Kathleen O’Leary and Mr. Eric Bell, a ’cello solo by Miss Mollio Wright, and items by tlie studio trio. 2rA: “Influenza, .its Ckusc and Cure” will be the subject of a talk at 2YA at 7.30 p.m. by Mr. Walter F. Hudson. The programme will feature gems from grand opera and musical comedy. The Ypcalisls will he Mrs. Arnold Downer, Mr. 8. E, Rodger, Miss Lily Humbly and Mr. Chas Edwards. For her items Mrs. Downer has chosen a solo frpm Offenbach’s Opera ““Lq Grande Duohesse” and Siebel’s aria from lfaust, “When All was Young.” One of the songs,to be sung by Mr. O. Edwards will be “The Cobbler’s* Song” (from “Chu Chin Chow”). Mr. A. Dqyey will, give a dramatic recital ‘‘The. Highwayman,” and will relate some original humorous stories. 3YA: The vocal items by the Valencia quartet will include solos, duets and quartets. The instrumental trio and Miss Irene, Morris (violinist) will present items. Mr. G. Titchener will provide humor. Dance music by the Bailey-Marston dance orchestra will continue, until 11 p.m. 4YA: Featured on the programme will bo the Anderson's Bay Glee Club’s concert.
To-morrow afternoon IYA, 2YA, SVA and 4YA will broadcast, a, description of the North v. South Island match at Wellington.
