Mr. E. Taylor, of Wellington, chief clerk of the Labor Department, was visiting Gisborne to-day, and leaves for Napier to-morrow morning. M. Dovgalovsky, the Soviet envoy, met Mr. Arthur Henderson, the British Foreign Secretary, at the Foreign Office again yesterday morning, while a further conversation of two hours' duration took place in the afternoon.
