(Per Press Association.) MASTER,TON, last night. t)n a charge of being intoxicated while in charge of a motor lorry in High street 011 July 4, Samuel Lumi Lewis, a carpenter, was fined £2O in the Magistrate’s Court to-day before Mr. J. H. Miller, »S.M. The charge arose out of a collision with another lorry. Lewis agreed to take out a prohibition order, and on that condition the magistrate said he would not cancel accused’s driving license in view of his physical disability. Accused was given six weeks in which to pay the tine.
