The first, hit-and-lly, fatal accident in aviation records occurred off the beach to-day, when a ■seaplane cut a motor boat in two, killing one fisherman and seriously injuring a second, and then aped away. The seaplane is the property of Coastal Airways Co., one of whose planes on Saturday, when making a forced landing, crashed into a crowd of bathers, killing two children and injuring a dozen bathers'.
