(Per Press Association.) WANGANUI, this day. Jolin Bourke, a bankrupt farmer of Waverley, for failure to keep books, was ordered by the Chief Justice, the Hon. M. Myers, to come up for sentence if called upon. His Honor intimated that he adopted this course solely on account of the excellent character accused had bomb.
