The possibility of a rupture in the conference is believed to have been indefinitely postponed, and it is thought that a "solution will be found within a week. It is understood (hat Mr. Arthur Henderson, the French, German, and Belgian delegates have agreed at an early date to start the evacuation of the Rhiiieland. September 2 was mentioned as a possible date. EEFORE CHRISTMAS RHINELAND EVACUATION (United Service.) (Received August 14, 2 p.m.) THE HAGUE, August 13. The conference virtually agreed to the evacuation of the Rhiiieland before Christmas.
