S. Barton, S.M., refused to suppress the name of Henrj Lodes Pearco for thefts mainly from the Windsor Ho el, of goods valued at ,t'B iris (id, and committed him for sentence. May Keys, who received linen and other hotel articles from Penrce, knowing them to have been stolen, was allowed two years' probation.
