Members’ Salaries
A proposal to reduce the allowance to members of Parliament 20 per cent, is being seriously considered by the Australian Country Party, according to the 'Sydney Sun. It is considered that if there is to b 3 a cut in the salaries of members of the public service, as is proposed, members of Parliament should also share in a reduction.
