THE BRITISH MISSION DELEGATES RETURN (Australian and N.Z. Press Association. MOSCOW, April 15. The majority of the British trade delegates have returned home. The Soviet press reiterates that the next move rests with the British Government. The Isvestia is insisting that trade development is exclusively dependent upon the resumption of normal diplomatic relations. Trade must not be allowed to be dependent on party struggles, Britain's difficulties with her Dominions or colonies, or upon the failure of British diplomacy in China or Afghanistan.
