GENEVA CONFERENCE LIMITED SCOPE OF DISCUSSION (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.; (Received April 10, 11 a.m.) GENEVA, April 15. M. Loudon dispelled all hope of a full disarmament conference tins year, stating that it would he impossible for this meeting to proceed with the second reading of the draft convention. This means that the chief business of the session will be a discussion of the Soviet's proposal for a 50 per cent, cut in aiinaments. The Chinese General, Tsing Tso-Ping, gave notice of a resolution that now the peace pact was signed all nations should discard compulsory military service.
