One man had said the breaking up w such land was for wealthy men. He (Mr. Forbes) differed from that state went, for he believe*! what, was wanted was men with stout hearts and strong hands who would go into the Iwtekhhvks tired with th». hope that they would carve out homes for themselves. Those were the men to whom he looked to develop the undeveloped lands, with Government assist unco.
