OSLO, Feb. 12. One of Hie most weather-beaten places in Norway is Giniov, in northern Norway. The place faces the Northern Atlantic, where storms are so violent that the houses are often blown down if their construction is too slight. Uimoy has now got a new Church, and to prevent the storms from 'blowing it away it has been attached to the rocks with heavy chains. This (precaution was taken because the last church disappeared during a gale.
