AERO CLUB'S FIRST MISHAP SYDNEY,-Feb. Hh A member of the Aero Club, Mr. H. E. Appleyard, was about to- land at Moseot aerodrome to-day,; when hi 3 machine, nosodived from 200 ft. The machine" crashed and Mr. Appleyard suffered a fractured "skull. It is the first accident of the kind that has befallen the Aero Club. The member was giving the plane a trial prior to taking up a lady passenger. PILOT DIES IN HOSPITAL ' {Received Feb. 11. noon.) V SYDNEY, Feb. EUv Appleyawl died in hospit* several .hours later.
