CEREMONIAL OP SIGNING ONLY 10 TO ATTEND (Australian and N.Z. Press Association." (Received February 11, 3 p.m.) ROME, February 10. Only 10 persons will be present at the historic ceremony to-morrow, including four delegates from the Italian Government and four from the Vatican, the other two privileged persons being official photographers. Cardinal Gasparri, who is recovering, and the other Papal delegates will first welcome the Government delegates headed by Signer Mussolini. The eight will then" proceed to the great hall of tho Lateran Palace and append their signatures behind locked doors. The official text will not he. known until the Holy See announces it in its official organ, the Osservatoro Romano. Tho concordat will be ratified by the Government in April. It is learned that the new Vatican precincts will be known internationally as the City of the Vatican. It will bo printed' on international maps and be recognised by foreign Governments. Cardinals Gasparri, Vannutelli and Main will receive the Order of Amuriziata, while the King. Signer Mussolini, and Signor Rocco will be recipients of high Papol distinctions.
