£600,000 CAMPAIGN STEW YORK, Jan. 20. The Woolworlh Co. which hitherto has proudly boasted that it has never advertised, announces a change of policy on the 50th anniversary of the founding of the stores. It proposes to spend £600,000 this year in a vast newspaper campaign.'
