FERET REINSTATED (Australian and N.Z. Press Association.) (Received Feb 9,2 p.m.) PARIS, Feb. 8. Ferat’s requalification as an amateur tennis player is now accomplished, he having undertaken to make over'the payments, received while a professional to the French Lawn Tennis Federation, which is distributing the money to charity.
