AN AMAZING SCARE
BOMBAY MILLS IDLE (United Service.) ■DELHI, Fob. 5. In consequence of an amazing kidnapping scare in Bombay, six out, of eight mills are idle, also 10,000 railway employees. It was rumored that a Pathan had kidnapped a woman worker. Mobs swarmed out everywhere, attacking the Pathan watchmen, 12 being severely beaten and left in pools of Flood. The rumor was entirely baseless'
