A SYDNEY MONUMENT
SYDNEY, Jan. IS. A monument commemorating the landing of fiovernor Phillip at Manly Cove on January 21, 1788, will be unveiled on fclio West Esplanade at Manly on Saturday. Among those present will be Mr. O. Hope Johnston, a great-grandson of George Johnston, senior lieutenant of the. Marine Corps with Captain Phillip. Be was the only officer of the party to reside permanently in Australia,
