At a meeting of the North Island Poultry, Pigeon and Canary Association the. following was the result, of the ballot for championships for the coming season for the various affiliated societies: Taranaki : Black Pekin ban tapis, Wyandottes, and homer pigeons, (color class F). / Manavvatu: Homer pigeons (color class M), Mmorons (U), and White leghorns (II). Hawora : Brown Leghorns (XT), Rose Combed bantams. and Wyandottes (colored class). Waiuku: Barred Rocks and Buff Pekin bantams. Taiimai’unui : Rhode Island Reds (U.). White Rocks (IT). Onehunga : Wyandottes (one color, fancy), and Rhode Island Reds (.fancy). tPukokohe: Minnreas (fancy), and another. « Hamilton: Game bantams (M), English Game, and another. Poverty Bay: Docks (IT), and another. Wanganui: White Wyandottes (fancy), English White Leghorns, working homer class (Ml. Wliangarei: Light Sussex Orpingtons (fancy), and another. ■Stratford: Orpingtons (IT), and two others. Waivoa : America White Leghorns. Rotorua: Hamburgh (fancy), and Silver Wyandottes (U). The allocation of show dates was held over till next meeting.
