TAREWA FATALITY
MEAGRE DETAILS THREE REPORTED KILLED Up till 2.15 o'clock this afternoon no further details of the fatality at Tarew.a had been received in Gistfome, beyond a report that three of the occupants of the car were killed when it skidded' when rounding a bend. The latest advice does not disclose the number of Hie injured, but there were seven in the car at the time of the accident, and it is thought that the survivors were all injured. The identity of the party is not yet known. One report states that they came from Whakatane, while it is thought by others that they belong to the East Coast.
