A PEACE MISSION
UNITED STATES NAVY HOOVER'S AMBITIONS (Elec. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.; .Australian and ti.7t. Press Associannu.. NEW YORK, Dec. 28. Mr. Hoover, returning from Hampton Roads, on the U.S.S. Utah, stated that one of his major ambitions will be to build up closer relations between America and foreign countries by the use of navy ships, which are likely to be seen in foreign ports on friendly missions moro frequently during the Hoover administration than ever before, since he believes that the navy has a peace mission which is as important as its part in national defence.
