MAKING HISTORY
PRIVY COUNCIL MEETING LONDON, Dec. 20. The Prince of Wales will preside on Friday at a meeting of the Pi ivy Council, which will make history. Besides being one of the most interesting and outstanding in English annals, it will be the first full assembly of the Councillors of State, to whom the King has delegated his powers, although there was somewhat a hurried meeting on December 5, when the Queen, the Duke of York, and Mr. Baldwin signed many important documents which accumulated during the long illness. The time of the meeting has not been revealed, to prevent crowds gathering near the Palace.
