Mr. Ramsay MacDonald, speaking at Muddersficld, referral to the position that may arise after the genera! election. •'The leaders of the Liberal Party sayin one breath-," lie observed, "rut it is .a most objectionable and depbrnhle thing that minorities should govern the country, and yet they are appealing to the electors to return -10, 50, or 60 Liberals to the House of Comm >ns, so that, afi a matter of fact, they mav determine the policy of the Government of the day. "The Liberals cannot have it both ways, and so far as 1 am concerned 1 am going to be no party to minority government."
