The Anglo-Chinese treaty which was signed at' Nanking on December 2D has Been released lw the Foreign Mice. It reveals the abrogation of all existing treaties limiting the; right of ClfmH to settle the national Crfstoms tariff o* impose tonnage, .lues in accordance with her own desires. An annexe provides asinnlar renunciation, on behalf ol the Dominions, inolrwlwig Australia and NeW Zealand, of anv sitt-fo rights. China, in return, grants Britain and the Dominions nir.sfc favored nation treatment.
