ADJUDGED BANKRUPT
MISSING SOLICITOR (Per Press Association.) AUCKLAND, this day. Hector Robert Malcolm, ilm solicitor for whose arrest- a- warrant i.s out, was adjudicated a bankrupt to-day by Mr. Justice Frazer. The petitioning creditor was John Arthur Aldcrton, on whose account Malcolm held £450. A very large sum is involved in the hank i opt oy.
